The City of Memphis will be discontinuing payroll deduction for Aflac benefits effective December 31, 2025. You must speak with a speak with a Benefit Counselor to learn about payment options or new payroll deducted benefits offered by Trustmark by October 31, 2025 or your policy(s) will be at risk of cancellation.
